There is an all-female line-up for the debut of Nexus, the video-interview project enabling viewers to step inside the homes of professionals working at Falck Renewables – Next Solutions (the Falck Renewables division to which Energy Team also belongs).
Alessia Benevieri (Head of HR&O) and Margherita Tassi (HR Specialist Recruiter) detail their professional experiences, what they do, their work-life balance, the current challenges that they face every day in the management of human resources and the difficulties they had to tackle during the Covid-19 health emergency.
Why Nexus?
Because we have decided to present the people behind the brand… NexUs: Energy Team joined Falck Renewables – Next Solutions in 2018, and together with the rest of the team we want to tell the world who we are, what we do, which requirements we can respond to, which expertise is offered by the different business units and the challenges that we face every day.
Sometimes from home, sometimes from the office (this is Smart working after all), we will have the opportunity not only to discuss human resources but everything that Falck Renewables – Next Solutions has to offer.
What will the topics of the interviews be?
Remaining in the context of energy efficiency, various key figures from our team will speak about monitoring hardware and software (also offering further detail of CloE), new efficient solutions and technologies (with a focus on photovoltaics) and new services, including those connected to storage.
Regarding energy management, we will speak about energy offtake, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), the UK energy market, Embedded, storage, and we will present our trading service and our monthly reports on the Energy Market, focusing on the impact of Covid-19 on the sector.
